Admissions Process

We'd like to get to know you ...

We begin interviewing and enrolling new families on February 15th of each year for the following year. We offer rolling admission throughout the year and will place your child on a waiting list and we will notify you in case a space comes available.

If you feel Sunseeds may be a good fit for your child, and your family is interested in becoming a part of our school community, there are a few steps to take in order to learn more about us.

To be considered for admission at Sunseeds, the first step is to e-mail us at sunseedsrebecca@gmail.com and schedule a phone conversation.
The next step is to fill out and send in an application form along with a $75 non-refundable application fee, and to schedule a visit with the teachers.
Once we have met and you have gotten to see our location, we then schedule a visit to the classroom while school is in session.
Afterwards we will send you an e-mail letting you know if your child has been accepted into Sunseeds.
Then we will schedule a meeting to go over and sign enrollment agreement papers in person.
If our class is already full but your family is a wonderful fit for our program, your child will be placed on our waiting list and we will be in touch with you if any spaces become available.

Sunseeds provides warm, health-giving, and nurturing care for your child 2, 3 or 4 days per week, from September to June. We offer a yearly tuition that is divided into 10 monthly installments, one payment in full at the time of enrollment, or 2 separate payments given in September and January.

We recommend that all children come consecutive days in order to establish a healthy rhythm for your child.

Pricing table showing costs based on days per week: 2 days, 3 days, and 4 days. Monthly costs are $552, $828, and $1104 respectively; annual costs are $5520, $8280, and $11040; and biannual payments are $2760, $4140, and $5570.
